who handle sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, office, retail, land and
investment properties. Since 1987 our company has closed over 2,700 sale and
lease transactions.

Our parent company, Coldwell Banker Heart of America REALTORS, has been in
existence since September of 1979. Since then we have consistently continued
to be the leader in the community in sales and volume.

We offer consulting and market analysis, and we have experience representing both
sides of a transaction, working for the seller/landlord or the buyer/tenant as the case
may warrant. We also handle the acquisition and disposition of investment properties
including shopping centers, apartments and single tenant or multi-tenant commercial
property. We conduct business in Bloomington-Normal, McLean County, Central Illinois,
and parts of the Midwest.
